What Organizations Can Purchase
IEDE organizational training packages allow practices, agencies, universities, treatment centers, clinical teams, and other professionals to purchase group access to IEDE training through an annual learner seat license.
A learner seat gives one named person access to the selected IEDE training program.
Seats are not shared between learners. Organizations can use seats for clinicians, dietitians, supervisors, students, interns, paraprofessionals, administrative staff, or other team members depending on the training package selected.
Organizational packages typically include:
Annual learner-seat licenses for 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 learners (annual renewal not required)
Access to the IEDS Certification Training or another selected IEDE training package (custom packages are available upon request)
Administrative progress reporting for all learners
Implementation support to help your organization roll out the training
Optional private kickoff training for your team
Optional team consultation add-ons
IEDE-Trained Organization badge and organization listing, when applicable
Organizational Training Packages
Organizations can purchase annual learner seat packages based on the number of people they want to train.
Each seat is assigned to one named learner and provides access to the selected IEDE training program during the license term.

What’s Included in Organizational Training Packages
IEDE organizational training packages are designed to help teams implement eating disorder training with structure, clarity, and support. Package details may vary based on organization size, training goals, and selected IEDE program.
Organizational packages typically include:
Annual learner seat licenses for the selected number of learners
Access to the selected IEDE training program
One 60-minute implementation call to support rollout planning
Manual administrative progress reporting (a handy dashboard to track progress)
Private kickoff training for select packages
Option to request private team consultation as a separate add-on
IEDS-Trained Organization badge
Organization Directory listing after completion criteria are met
Fast email support (get a response within 24 business hours)
Note: Implementation support and reporting are designed to help organizations track training progress and support completion. IEDE training does not replace clinical supervision, licensure supervision, legal advice, medical advice, or an organization’s own clinical policies and responsibilities.
Implementation support can help organizations clarify:
which team members should complete which training pathway
how to assign learner seats
how to support completion during the annual license term
how to integrate IEDE training into onboarding, supervision, staff development, or continuing education goals
how to use administrative progress reporting (e.g., your organization dashboard) without turning training into clinical supervision or performance evaluation
How the Annual Learner Seat License Works
IEDE organizational training packages are structured as annual learner seat licenses. Each learner seat is assigned to one named person and may not be shared between multiple learners.
Organizations have 12 months to assign purchased seats unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once a learner begins the training, that seat is considered used and may not be reassigned without IEDE approval. Unused seats expire at the end of the annual license term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Learners receive access to the selected IEDE training program according to IEDE’s standard learner access and completion policies. Organizational benefits, including reporting, implementation support, badge eligibility, and organization directory listing, apply during the active license term.
In plain language:
One seat equals one named learner
Seats are not shared logins
Organizations have 12 months to assign seats
Unused seats expire at the end of the annual license term unless otherwise agreed in writing
Organizational benefits apply during the active license term
Renewal is available after the first annual term
Training Options for Different Team Members
IEDE can help organizations choose the right training pathway based on each team member’s role, scope, and learning goals.
Some learners may be ready for the full IEDS Certification Training, while others may benefit from a more focused eating disorder education package.
Organizational training may be used for:
Licensed clinicians, dietitians, medical providers, and coaches seeking comprehensive eating disorder training
Supervisors, managers, and clinical leaders who want a shared framework for eating disorder assessment, referral, documentation, and collaboration
Graduate students, interns, trainees, and provisionally licensed professionals who need stronger eating disorder education while staying within their scope of practice
Paraprofessionals, administrative staff, support staff, and general team members who need foundational education in eating disorders, weight stigma, trauma-informed communication, and referral pathways
Custom training package option
IEDE can recommend a training structure based on your organization’s size, staff roles, and goals.
Organizations do not need to choose the same training pathway for every learner.
IEDE can help build a custom organizational training package based on staff roles, clinical scope, training goals, and budget.
For example, one organization may choose full IEDS Certification Training for clinicians and supervisors, while selecting a more focused eating disorder education package for administrative staff, paraprofessionals, interns, or general team members.
Consultation Add-On Options
IEDE organizational training packages can be paired with consultation options to help teams apply eating disorder training with more depth, structure, and appropriate scope.
Consultation can be added in two ways depending on the organization’s goals.
Option 1: IEDAS Consultation Cohort Pathway
For organizations that want eligible clinicians to continue beyond foundational training, IEDE can help staff move into the IEDAS Consultation Cohort pathway. This 18-month advanced consultation program is designed for clinicians who have completed IEDS Certification or meet IEDE’s equivalency standards and are seeking deeper competency development in inclusive, trauma-informed eating disorder care.
Depending on the organization’s goals and learner readiness, consultation cohort participation may begin after clinicians complete foundational training or may happen concurrently while eligible learners are working through IEDE training. This allows organizations to pair structured education with live consultation, case application, scope clarification, and ongoing integration support.
This option may be a fit for therapists, dietitians, medical providers, and coaches who want structured group consultation, individual consultation, case formulation support, scope and role clarification, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a pathway toward the Inclusive Eating Disorder Advanced Specialist credential.
Option 2: Custom Organizational Consultation
Organizations may also request a custom consultation package designed around their team’s needs, timeline, and goals. Custom consultation may be a better fit for teams that want focused support over a shorter or more flexible timeframe rather than the full 18-month IEDAS pathway.
Custom consultation may focus on eating disorder case conceptualization, multidisciplinary collaboration, referral pathways, level-of-care questions, scope of practice, documentation considerations, staff training integration, or treatment planning considerations.
Custom consultation can be structured around a timeframe that fits the organization, such as a single consultation, quarterly consultation, a 3-month package, a 6-month package, or a 12-month package.
Consultation Add-on Pricing
Consultation add-on fees depend on the consultation pathway selected, group size, consultation frequency, timeframe, and the unique needs of the organization. IEDE can recommend a consultation structure and pricing option after learning more about the organization’s training goals, staff roles, and desired level of support.
Note: IEDE consultation is educational and professional in nature. It does not replace clinical supervision, licensure supervision, legal advice, medical advice, or an organization’s own policies, procedures, documentation standards, risk management, or clinical responsibilities.
Who Should Request a Custom Quote
Organizations can request a custom quote if they want to combine different training pathways to train multiple team member roles, add consultation support, or explore a beta organizational training partnership.
A custom quote may be especially helpful for:
Group practices training multiple clinicians or supervisors
Agencies or nonprofits with mixed clinical and support staff
Universities, graduate programs, training clinics, or counseling centers
Treatment centers or multidisciplinary teams
Organizations that want both learner seats and consultation add-ons
Teams that are unsure whether staff should complete the full IEDS Certification Training or a more focused eating disorder education package
IEDE can recommend a training structure based on your organization’s goals, staff roles, desired timeline, and budget.
